The DBPR has officially recognized the new Board of Directors as of April 6, 2026. The previous board was removed by Operation of Law per the Final Order from the arbitrator.

On April 6, 2026, a Summary Final Order was issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) regarding the governance of Pineloch Homeowners Association, Inc. The Order confirms the outcome of the recall process and establishes the current Board of Directors.
