Budget Approval Vote

Vote deadline: Tuesday, May 27, 2026 at 8 PM — Meeting at 8:30 PM

The proposed 2026 community budget has been distributed to all homeowners. Your vote is needed to approve the budget so the HOA can resume normal operations, including dues collection, vendor payments, and community maintenance.

Why Your Vote Matters

  • ✅ Approves the budget so the HOA can operate legally
  • ✅ Sets quarterly dues for the year
  • ✅ Funds insurance, lawn care, lighting, and essential services
  • ✅ Required by FL Statute 720 for proper governance

We need 34 homes to approve. If we don't reach quorum, we'll have to restart the process — delaying everything further.
